We accept secure online payments via debit/credit card, ACH, check, or wire transfer. Payment terms depend on your selected membership plan or requested service, subject to the terms outlined in your engagement letter.
Membership Plans vs. Traditional Retainers
-
A TGA Law Membership Plan gives businesses ongoing access to legal services for a predictable monthly or annual fee. Members enjoy priority scheduling, discounted rates, document reviews, and ongoing advisory support — without the unpredictability of hourly billing.
-
A retainer is an advance deposit held in trust and billed against as legal work is performed. Once depleted, additional funds are required to continue representation.
A membership plan, by contrast, is a proactive and subscription-based relationship. You pay a fixed fee for continuing access to legal services — not just reactive work. It’s designed for business owners who want consistent legal support.
